Youth Mentorship | Endicott, Vestal, Endwell
Mentorship. Life skills. Real exposure.
School and Youth Programs
Mentorship, life skills, and exposure for young people in the communities funding too often overlooks.
Who It Serves
Youth in grades 5 through 12 in Endicott, Vestal, and Endwell. We focus here because funding for youth programming in our region tends to concentrate in the City of Binghamton, leaving these communities underserved.
What It Offers
Pathways to Purpose, our flagship youth program, is built on three pillars:
-
Roots: identity, systemic understanding, and civic engagement
-
Rise: life skills, communication, and the unwritten rules of social and professional life
-
Reach: mentorship and direct exposure to working professionals across banking, healthcare, law, and business
The program is both school-based and community-based.
Why It Matters
Young people in Endicott, Vestal, and Endwell deserve the same access to mentorship and opportunity their peers in better-funded districts get. By reaching them early, Pathways to Purpose helps intervene long before they end up on the pipeline our reentry program exists to repair.
