Who We Serve
Grassroots groups, neighborhood associations, mutual aid networks, faith-based organizations, and small community-based nonprofits across the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes. These are the organizations doing essential work without the structure, funding, or staff to sustain it.
What We Offer
Workshops and one-on-one coaching designed for community organizations at every stage. We help leaders build sustainable structures, strengthen governance, develop fundraising plans, and turn community vision into long-term impact.
Why It Matters
Small organizations are doing the hardest, most local work in our region. Many burn out before they can grow. We exist to make sure that doesn't happen.
